　　Since graduating in 1980, President Li Xiaodong has always worked on the front line of clinical surgery. He has devoted himself to research and meticulous exploration, and has made unique achievements in facial lifting, minimally invasive facial wrinkle removal, facial rejuvenation, autologous fat grafting for contouring, and non-surgical injectable wrinkle removal. 　　1. In 1980, graduated from Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences and was assigned to Changchun Central Hospital.
　　2. In 1981, began clinical frontline work in the Department of Surgery at Changchun Central Hospital.
　　3. In 1997, not satisfied with his achievements in knowledge and skills, he pursued further study at the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, a leading plastic surgery institution in China, under the tutelage of President Li Senkai, and continued his studies.
　　4. In 2007, Li Xiaodong was elected Vice Chairman of the Plastic and Aesthetic Management Committee of the Beijing Medical Reward Foundation.
　　5. In 2009, he was elected a member of the Plastic and Aesthetic Association of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association.
　　6. In 2012, after eight years of clinical and medical practice, he took the lead in carrying out Multi-layer Directional Lifting. Multi-layer Directional Lifting can act simultaneously on the muscle layer, fascial layer, and skin layer; according to the patient's different treatment sites, different layers and directions are selected for traction. This procedure addresses the shortcoming of traditional facial lifting through extensive tissue dissection, which causes significant trauma.

In 2013, at the Capital Medical Cosmetology Attending Physician Qualification Conferment Conference held by the Beijing Municipal Health Bureau, Li Xiaodong was awarded the “Beijing Medical Cosmetology Attending Physician Qualification Title”, becoming one of the few plastic and aesthetic experts in the capital to obtain this qualification. The Beijing Municipal Health Bureau issued authoritative official certificates after conducting a comprehensive, all-round, and meticulous review of experts and doctors engaged in medical cosmetology across the city in terms of practice qualifications, practice experience, and practice competence. This Medical Cosmetology Attending Physician Qualification Conferment Conference was an important measure to standardize the medical cosmetology market and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of beauty seekers.
